Service Description

This intensive workshop offers healthcare professionals an opportunity to delve into advanced soft tissue mobilization techniques tailored specifically for the upper body. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice, participants will gain the skills necessary to effectively assess and address soft tissue dysfunction, improve mobility, and alleviate pain in the neck, shoulders, arms, and hands.

Cancellation Policy

Local In person classes If Bodyworx Supply Store (BSS) has to cancel a upcoming class, the student may choose to receive a refund or a class credit for the amount paid. If the student has to cancel a class more than thirty days prior to the class date, the student may receive a refund or a class credit. If the student cancels class attendance thirty days or less to class date, 50% of amounts paid are credited/ transferred toward a future class within 1 year of purchase date. Students may transfer a class up to one time without charge. After that, an administrative fee of $50 will apply. Class transfers are not eligible for refunds. Retreat Policy A 30% per-person non-refundable deposit will hold a student and/or guest's place in the class and accommodation selected, if available, based on a first-come, first-served basis. Ninety days before the trip, 75% of the remaining balance will be due. Sixty days before the trip, the entire balance must be paid in full. All funds paid for this trip, less the deposit, are fully refundable up until ninety-days before the retreat. In the event of cancellation by BSS, the 30% non-refundable deposit amount may be held as a credit or returned to student and any credits will be applied to any local class or future retreats. Cancellations made inside of the ninety-day period are eligible for a credit of the funds paid to a future retreat within 1 year of purchase. For trips not paid in full at 59 days prior to the retreat, monies on account will be held as a credit to be applied toward a future retreat & course and room preferences for the current event will be forfeited. All cancelation and transfer requests must be made in writing to BSS via email. Course credits are not refundable and are only good for a future BSS retreats For Webinar Format Classes Webinars are non-refundable however students may transfer their webinar enrollment to another live webinar or apply their credit to an in-person US-based class of equal value or pay the difference. For Emergency Situations/Force Majeure: For Local classes, should an unforeseen event such as severe weather conditions including but not limited to a hurricane, earthquake, flash flood, tornado, etc. or should a local, state, federal, or public health emergency occur that limits our ability to legally and safely provide a class, then the class will be postponed to a later date and the student may enroll in the postponed class or receive a credit to take any other local class offered by BSS. Retreats that are part of a travel package course refunds are available through credits that will transfer to a future BSS retreat. The emergency situation clause supersedes other policies. For All: All cancellation notifications must be made via email or in writing, to take effect on the date they are received by BSS. Emails will be acknowledged within five business days of receipt. Credits expire one year from the time they are issued. The time on credits to be use will be the date that the cancellation was processed. Course transfers are not eligible for refunds. All refunds will be made to the person or entity that made the initial payment. The customer agrees to the terms of this policy and agrees to follow the cancellation procedures
