Sydney LaRue Guy has been a massage therapist for 8 years and is the owner of multiple businesses, educator, mentor, career services director at Avalon Massage School and continues to present new opportunities  and spaces to integrate and build synergy within the massage therapy community in Houston, Texas. Sydney is the owner of Bodyworx Supply Store and LaRue's Touch Massage & Wellness Spa. Being able to offer Continuing Education classes is only the beginning of what Sydney has planned for the growth and awareness of our community. Kasie is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapy Instructor, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified CrossFit Trainer (CF-L3). She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2015 with a B.S. in Kinesiology and is currently a grad student aiming for a Masters in Integrative Health Sciences. She has spent over 10 years in the fitness industry with experience in personal training, sport strength and conditioning, Olympic weightlifting, and injury rehabilitation. She is the creator of Masterful Hands Mentorship for Massage Therapist and a current instructor at Avalon School of Massage Therapy teaching Kinesiology, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue and Advance Kinesiology Techniques.
